For one full week (7 days), you can follow along and practice the acts of kindness that we have modeled. We hope this becomes a habit of yours – being more aware of opportunities to be kind and make a difference in your day to day. 1. Compliment someone’s smile. 2. Pay for a stranger’s meal. 3. Buy water for a person in need. 4. Compliment a stranger. 5. Listen to a person on the street. (Your time is one of the most valuable things you can give someone.) 6. Give someone a note with a positive message. 7. Pay for a public transportation ticket to someone. How wonderful would it be to live in a society where love and kindness is the norm. A community of healthier, happier, and purposeful individuals.
