  • Such a vocal and passtionate yet well balanced statesman, talking points well supported by concrete figures.
    This guy obviously knows stuff.

  • So what is your game plan when the next trouble person, there mind soak with graph violence from our entertainment world, loaded up to the gills on Psychoactive Drug, walk in and uses the political correct weapon to comment the next atrocity. Any suggestions?

  • It is interesting that the GOP claim that he is Irish and that he is just claiming to be Latino.
His grandfather was indeed Irish. But that was a long long time ago.
That makes him an American. Not Irish.
I'm in Ireland so I have no dog in the race….even though my mother's maiden name is O' Rourke.

  • Why did francise O'Dork vote against E verify? Where do all those millions francise aka Beto is spending come from?

  • vote beto for texas
    beto t shirt https://bit.ly/2yHyGyT https://bit.ly/2DeK7Sy https://bit.ly/2Dffnko https://bit.ly/2SAauXd

  • how that open boarders working out for them in demolished france beto no vote for beto he is a soros puppet don't fall for him and his lies

  • Texas, I know that you've heard it before, but I'd really love to see Beto run for President. Drive, good sense and intelligence; he's the real deal.

  • Apparently the NRA's idea for the Instant Criminal Background Check System didn't do any good… Somebody killed Kenny… :-I

  • Tennessee here I ain't reporting my guns to no body. Come in my house and you'll get a sweet welcome of a bullet to the face. Democratic gun control is to unarm American citizens and control them thru socialism. Hail Trump and 4 more years

  • Beto is that kind of senator who would vote against gerrymandering, so against the odds of being re elected, just for the sake of fair democracy

  • Iam not really American or in the US but this guys makes me listen all the time , very honesty and humble guy # GO BETO

  • I do agree with what he is saying because there are a few countries in the world that do allow ownership of fire arms and they rarely have mass shootings

However in saying that there are few people in the world who can Change from the people who try to change
And there are a lot of people who just don’t want to change.

If America really wants to do something about gun violence in the world then perhaps they need to look into editing the second amendment in some way

  • BREAKING! Beto used campaign funds to fund migrants crossing the border into Texas. Video of his campaign aides admitting it. Beto is going to JAIL!!! Hahahahaha bye bye Robert!

  • In our great country WE THE PEOPLE are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law when charged with a crime. The current FBI NICS background check system that every person has to go through to obtain a firearm, you are guilty until you prove you are innocent. What probable cause does the gun shop (acting on behalf of the FBI) have that would lead them to believe that the person walking into the shop is prohibited from owning a firearm?

Repealing the FBI NICS and adopting the BIDS: “Blind Identification Database System” which distributes the list of hardcore prohibited possessors to federally licensed firearm dealers. Dealers check their customers against the computerized list to lockout illegal sales. This maintains the privacy of innocent citizens and eliminates the potential for illegal government registries.

  • there is a project veritas video of betos staff using campaign money to smuggle in the caravan of illegals, totally illegal! he should be disqualified!

  • We do have background checks tho. Most people who have committed crimes with guns are already offenders. They dont care about laws. How would background checks prevent that? Asking for a friend

  • Protect the press? Huh? There's no big need to make changes for that. Maybe we need to make changes to get FOX, MSNBC, and CNN to a better job provide Equal Time to each major candidate. They favor certain candidates and certain parties, now. Maybe we need a refresh of laws to protect us from powerful biased news sources. If Time Warner, or Jeff Zucker, or Google corporate want to influence public opinion, do we have protection from that? It doesn't seem like we do.

  • Since the Brady bill of 1993, every state requires background checks to purchase a firearm, because it is a FEDERAL regulation. I'm curious as to what states Beto O'Rourke thinks are not following these FEDERAL regulations, and which states have seen a 50% drop in gun violence by following the same regulations that every state follows

  • Citizens of America have Second Amendment rights because they live and breath — not because government officials have chosen to bestow them with such, as some sort of privilege

  • I Cheerfully Voted for Texas Senator Ted Cruz and all Republicans down Ballot. I do like Beto as a Person but not to Be the Leader of my State.

  • NOPE NOPE NOPE…. republicans don't support background checks. Ted Cruz is the constitutionalist we need… STOP CALLING HIM BETO!!!!! his name is Robert Francis…lol

  • Come out and vote for pendejo I mean beto on November 7th. He is going to put us all on Medicare give us all a sports car of your choice a stipend of 2K a month you don’t have to work. You can get drunk and high while drive with little or no consequences and everybody gets to house an illegal immigrant. Come on out and vote for pendejo

  • Another Obama. Great communicator without actually answering a question. Typical democrat, great talkers and never get anything done. Majority of the democratic controlled cities and states are dismal economicically and in crime.

  • If Ted wins, I will employ myself, for there will be no future with a job or going to school.

If Beto wins, I’m going to college! There will be jobs that will pay respectable wages to live.

  • Gun control is a bad idea if u take are guns we as the people are power less to defend our self from are own lying government i do haite the fact that there are so many shootins now but if the news would quit craming it down are throats have u ever notice that its never the victoms you rember gust the villan and what they used leave guns alone stay off my rights maybe u shold try goin shootin instead of just Ponting a finger of plame

  • I do say this if beto runs for prez he's got me vote shame he ain't in the house would be nice to see what he does cause he talks a good game

  • No substane. He does not have idea on how to execute anything just dreams he wants to achieve. He gets the vote for fluffy speech

  • Thank God he lost the election folks. F U MSNBC! We know your nothing but a shrill for the anti-gun activists, politicians, and the Bloomberg people.

  • Reporter: "What is your stance on the second amentment?"

How does anyone believe that "I'm against it" or "I'm not entirely in favor of it" are acceptable answers from a US politician?

How is it acceptable whatsoever that a US politician would oppose (or not entirely support) one of the constitutional amendments? Can you imagine a reporter asking a politician "What is your stance on the first amendment? Do you believe in the right to free speech?" or "What is your stance on the fifth amendment? Do you believe in the right to not self-incriminate yourself in a criminal proceeding?" It would be entirely ridiculous for a politician to ever say "No, I don't fully support these amendments." But somehow, with the second amendment, it's okay.

  • There’s already background checks. It’s called a 4473 which NICS, a federal background check. Restricted firearms to end violence is saying every vehicle needs interlock breathalyzers to end drunk driving deaths. Drunk drivers like Beto, here cause more deaths than firearms. He also wants to end the southern border Protection which, is where most of the illegal firearms filter through. He won’t give up his armed detail that uses semi automatic weapons that he wants to ban and he will live surrounded by a wall, both for his protection. He’s just telling us WE don’t need semi automatic firearms which is about 75% of the guns out there.the tightest gun control states and countries also have the highest gun and non gun related violence.

  • Universal background checks haven't proven to reduce any firearm related crime in any state that it has been enacted. All states have enjoyed almost a 50% slow reduction in all types of crime since the high point o 1993. To attribute any of those reductions to "universal" background checks, longer waiting periods, etc. is a false conclusion because states that didn't do any of these attacks on our second amendment enjoyed the same reduction in overall crime just the same. You have to ask yourself one question. Why is it that the cities that have the most firearm restrictions have the highest gun deaths of all? If you were about to say that this is because criminals can easily cross over into another state with lax gun control an buy a firearm is completely false as well. If you were to make the case for stricter gun control on a national level to fix this then I'd ask why isn't those states that have "lax gun control" murdering each other daily when actually the opposite is true.

  • Analyzing medical death rate data over an eight-year period, Johns Hopkins patient safety experts have calculated that more than 250,000 deaths per year are due to medical error in the U.S. Their figure, published May 3 in The BMJ, surpasses the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's third leading cause of death—respiratory disease, which kills close to 150,000 people per year.

  • Beto was arrested for DWI.

Every day, almost 30 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes—that's one person every 48 minutes in 2017. These deaths have fallen by a third in the last three decades; however, drunk-driving crashes claim more than 10,000 lives per year. In 2010, the most recent year for which cost data is available, these deaths and damages contributed to a cost of $44 billion that year.

  • Perhaps he's suggesting a ban assault rifles unless they're used in a clinical setting to perform late term abortions

  • THE 2ND AMENDMENT AINT ABOUT HUNTING OR COLLECTING OR EVEN SELF PROTECTION ALONE .THIS GUY IS A SNAKE WITH HIS DEMOCRACY

  • FYI, Beto, President Trump would NOT have a problem with the "mainstream media" if they were TRUTHFUL! Give me break!

  • Never, ever let clowns like Beto O'Rourke tell you to give up your guns Folks! For right now it is not going too well for the starving people in Socialist Venezuela. They gave up their guns back in 2005 and now look what happen? For any of the citizens of Venezuela protest about their living conditions, they are being shot by their tyrannical government!

  • This dummy is not going to make it. Typical politician tone but personal plan simply fashion I’ll work from Sis. I’m glad I converted from Democrat to Republican

  • Ah, yes ignorant modern democrats supporting klan and Jim Crow laws. Our democrat party has a long history of gun bans against blacks, the poor, and minorities all the way up till the 1960’s to present. Same policies just different faces supporting them. The NRA used to teach blacks gun ownership and usage to protect themselves from the democrat klan from attacking them at their homes with night raids. This whole conversation is a bait and switch from our true American history. Americans, ignore your politicians and especially corrupt media like MSNBC because they will never teach you the truth.

  • We've had gun control for so so many years. Criminals I will not go and apply for a firearm. 30 thousand a year he quoted. You forgot suicides, home Invaders, and criminals taking their self out. And for the last 30 years a quarter of a population has not been taught cause and consequence. Right and wrong. And yes I'm very uncomfortable with the statistics domestic violence deaths in this country. And it stems from lack of proper raising and the severity of punishments. If people will quit kissing the forehead of somebody who commits an evil Act just take them out it will eventually turn into a number that everybody can be proud of.

  • take away the guns so people can't defend themselves! the criminals don't obey laws! pass as many laws as you want criminals don't obey. If you are being shot at, you can't defend yourself. dem polliticians want you to call the cops, they will arrive 5 min AFTER you have been killed!

more shootings, more law biding citizens are disarmed, more people die. rinse and repeat

this is what dems have in their cities, sheep that can't protect themselves…….been getting worse for decades now….with people like beta orourke, he make certain YOU will NEVER be able to defend yourself……
