Contented chitter chatter

hello me Queen here I have tamale I was just thinking to myself how lucky I am to live on my own because I could do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it I don't have to ask anybody else I can just do whatever I want to do so I'm starting here I'm eating my dinner as a salad I just thrown a few things on a plate haven't got to ask another person what they would like to eat I've got to go and slave over a hot stove in the kitchen because they fancy something else so I just get my dinner straight out the fridge and I could sit and eat my dinner at the computer in fact I bought two computers a little button – the little one and the big one actually I'm just changing over changing over from the little one to the big one so I guess it's here I know kind of my dinner and I couldn't look at a computer screen and I can order YouTube video and I can have my dinner anytime I like my stomach tells me when I need to eat I can sit and have a glass of wine with my dinner actually it's a really good 'life being single because I could go and I like go anywhere that I I have a car outside for wanted to just get anything drive it I could do I've got no restraints on anything that I want to do I couldn't just absolutely do anything that I want to do I don't need to consult with anybody I don't need to check in with anybody I don't need to ask what time will you be in tonight or what time will you get to or what time are you going out or what time will be back no there's only me the only thing I have to do is take care of the cats there outside of the moment but here I can swap her out in my scruffy I call these my slobbing about clothes and it's so much nicer to just put on your scruffy clothes and just do nothing I mean this is they on its last legs but I don't care I have got anybody telling me that I look terrible I look awful I look filthy I look scruffy nobody is to tell me what I should be wearing or looking like so I could do whatever I like I can look what I look how I like wear when I like my living room is well a bit cluttered I I do need to have a bit of a tidy up there but so what I haven't gone back telling me to ship that out the way I can't sit down it's my cutter I know what's there and it is going to be moved soon in about a week's time it will be moved because I do arts and crafts I need to have all my materials around me because that's what gives me inspiration you know I see a piece of fabric or I sees the wall I see joke and I'm thinking ha I'll make something with that but it has to be here where I can see it not in a drawer somewhere or a cupboard somewhere so I just look with single got no hustle from anybody this is my little domain this is my little house ID it means to it I've got no worries about anything really I believe I didn't know this is me queen like after worry living a brilliant single life

    Have a wonderful Sunday!

  • I just love your vids and your cheerful attitude to life! I personally hate living alone but have done it for the last 10 years. It does have it's compensations and talking via the internet to family and friends really helps keep isolation at bay. You speak such sense…Thank you xxx

  • Hi Ilona, I got married late in life (42) so was single for many years. At first when I lived by myself, I was quite lonely since I grew up in a large family (9). So I tried some roommates and wow, did that cure the loneliness fast! So I ended up living alone happily until I met my husband. We are both independent creatures but blend well together. And we are not "attached at the hip" which makes it work for us. I remember though, some people/relatives feeling sorry for me being on my own before I met my husband, which I could never understand. I loved this chitter chatter video. Hugs…Nancy from Northern California

  • I enjoyed watching you enjoy your life! I became a widow last year after 20+ years of marriage. It's been an adjustment but also very liberating: For the first time in my entire life, I answer to NO ONE. Not a parent, a boss, a spouse. Complete freedom. An amazing feeling!

  • Well said! I too am single by choice, and I too am home today wearing my scruffies, and will do as I please throughout this beautiful day! Keep up the great work!

  • I have to make do with grabbing alone time when I can but I know Iโ€™d be just fine if I were single. My sister worries about being left alone and I think why? Iโ€™d love it! Iโ€™m happy to see you posting videos again. xx

  • Love the video. I am married but still can do as I please – my hubby is a treasure. He is undemanding and kind – lets me craft when I want – I do have craft stuff all over the place – never complains.
