technique is very powerful and effective therapy or alternative technique that
can help your emotion the negative unwanted emotions to get rid of quickly

comfortable position so let’s say we have some kind of negative emotion unwanted emotion we are feeling at the
moment but it’s not easy to let them go just like that so what we’re going to
see is we are finding this problem negative emotion so let’s say this
negative emotion is some kind of frustration so we going to press this
part the karate chop area you’re going to press there tap there and going to
say even though you can repeat after me even though I’m feeling this some kind
of frustrated feeling that I’m not sure about I deeply and completely accept
myself I love myself and I forgive myself even though you repeat three
times even though I’m feeling this some kind of frustrating feeling I deeply and
completely accept myself I love myself and I forgive myself time even though I
feel this some kind of frustrating feeling frustrated feeling then I’m not
sure about I deeply and completely accept myself
I love myself and I forgive myself now go ahead follow me tap on to the corner eyebrow this frustrated feeling under the eye this frustrated feeling on
the chin this frustrated feeling center of the chest this frustrated feeling center of the forehead this frustrated
feeling under the nose this frustrated feeling under the eye this frustrated
feeling under the chin again one more time this frustrated feeling take a long
deep breath in and let go and see how do you feel if if you feel that the emotion
has been changed it’s good if you feel that the emotion has gone down used to

with fear with phobia with smoking habit with drinking with alcohol anything that
is unwanted habit or emotion that you feeling at this moment that you won’t
