Flagstar CEO responds to troubled Wells Fargo switchover

WE’RE JOINED BY FLAGSTAR PRESIDENT AND C-E-O ALLESSANDRO DINELLO TO ANSWER SOME OF THOSE QUESTIONS. THANK YOU FOR JOINING US. WHAT WENT WRONG WITH THE SWITCH OVER…. HOW PATIENT SHOULD CUSTOMERS BE?? WE’VE GOTTEN A LOT OF COMMENTS/QUESTIONS ON SOCIAL MEDIA…FROM PEOPLE WANTING TO KNOW IF YOUR COMPANY WILL COVER ANY LATE FEES ON BILLS THEY SET UP ON AUTO PAY, THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID OR PAID LATE DURING THE TRANSITION DO YOU STILL BELIEVE YOUR COMPANY IS BIG ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE SWITCH OVER? WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO KNOW? BUSINESS ACCOUNTS. NOW THAT THE ACQUISITION IS COMPLETE, HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WILL LOSE THEIR JOBS… SINCE WELLS FARGO WAS PLANNING TO REDUCE ITS WORKFORCE? THE CLOUDS STICK AROUND TONIGHT WITH A FEW SNOWFLAKES

  • I work in technology, more specifically software development, I say that before my following statement for context of my expertise and user testing to assure any skeptics my issues are not merely user error. This was published on Dec 4 and CEO Dinello is talking in his response as though this was resolved and a solution is in place. Today is the 7th, I still can not log in, my mailing address has not changed in 15yrs and I do not have a debit card. I do believe him when he says my money is at Flagstar and they will cover fees from bounced checks I write, yet my BillPay was used to pay almost all my bills via WellsFargo and I understand they will not be paid… that is not shut down without access to see who all those payee's and acct numbers and logically will incur late fees. I've had a call into the web support team after waiting 45mins, they took my name and number as if they were nothing more than a msging service, yet 2.5days later and I have not missed a call, no voicemail, no call back even yet. @ [email protected]
