it should come as no surprise that
living a healthy lifestyle reduces the risks of developing chronic diseases but
a recent study reinforces that link men and women who never smoked ate a healthy
diet participated in physical activity and had a BMI or body mass index under
30 were seventy eight percent less likely to develop chronic diseases such
as heart disease or diabetes participants who chose just one of the
healthy lifestyle behaviors reduce their risk for chronic diseases by nearly half
although dental diseases were not included in the study the dental
