ZIMMERMAN BOUGHT THE TOWER IN SPRING OF 2017 FROM A PENNSYLVANIA BASED GROUP — JUST AS THE CITY WAS ABOUT TO TAKE THE BUILDING OVER. LAST FALL — ZIMMERMAN REJECTED AN OFFER OF 300 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE CITY.
